Hybrid events allow you to increase the size of your audience, and allow for greater interaction between the face-to-face audience, the virtual audience, the speakers, and you/your staff. Unfortunately hybrid events are still considered new and confusing. Plus, you have a responsibility to your virtual audience, especially if you are charging them admission. Virtual audiences pay attention to how they are treated, and are quick to point out if they are being ignored or taken for granted.
Emilie’s 16 years of broadcast/video experience and 14 years of live event experience enable her to help you plan successful, visually stimulating, and interactive hybrid events. She is known for her audience engagement expertise, and is forging new territory in creating the role of virtual emcee to ensure that the virtual audience feels like they are in the room even though they are not physically in the room.
